We are delighted to introduce Taste of Home, our multicultural cookbook, arriving in early 2026. This collection is a celebration of food, memory, and the vibrant mix of cultures that make up our shared community in Cork.
Food has a special way of connecting people. It crosses borders, languages, and generations, reminding us that wherever we come from, we all share the same simple pleasures: gathering, sharing, and nourishing one another. Taste of Home was created in that spirit, inspired by the belief that food is more than something we eat, it is a language of care, belonging, and creativity.
Every recipe in this book carries a story. Some are traditional family dishes passed down through generations; others are new creations inspired by life in Ireland and the experience of making a home in a new place.
Taste of Home is more than a cookbook. It is a collection of personal journeys, woven together by the women who lead Sanctuary Catering. They are cooks, mothers, innovators, and community leaders, women who use food to share wisdom, resilience, and a vision of what inclusion truly tastes like.
